The arbitration will be held in King County, Washington, or another mutually agreed location, and conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by emailing us at premiumagave@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Opt-Out of Arbitration.”
Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court, or seek equitable relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

13. Severability
